Argh! Mikayla woke up 3 hours earlier than usual. Im so tired! I hope she plans on taking a nap sometime today or Im gonna get alittle cranky, and I dont want that to happen!
I cooked dinner last night for the first time before Chris got home from work. Usually he gets home and we discuss what we want to eat, then cook it. Well I wanted to surprise him last night. He was supposed to be home between about 7:40pm – 8:00pm, but didnt show up til 8:30! I was so upset! The food got alittle cold.
Since I dont really know how to cook from scratch much, I usually just cook convience food. I know its not heathly, but really thats all we can afford right now. I cooked a frozen tray of Pork BBQ Ribs. I cooked them for an hour and then turned the stove off cause they were done. By the time Chris got home, the sauce had soaked into the meat and made it very good! Last time Chris cooked em and they had no taste. Also, I cooked Kraft Mac & Cheese for the first time, that also turned out very good! For once the mashed potatoes (made from HungryJack spuds) wasnt the best thing on the plate.
I really need to get me a cookbook (or find some easy recipes online) and go grocery shooping. I do wanna start cooking from scracth. I need to learn how to cook real food for once.
Turns out Chris had stopped by a friends house on the way home. Would’ve been nice if he had called me to tell me where he was but he didnt. He showed up with his friend (who is in a wheelchair, and he goes EVERYWHERE in that thing!), and they proceeded to sit outside while I waited for Chris to come in so we could eat. Finally I just went to door and told Chris to come in so we could eat and the food had been done for 30-45min already. His friend needed to leave anyway, he had to go do something I guess. Since we only have steps, theres no way he could come in. After he left, Chris told me that I was very rude. ARGH!!!!
Looks like I may have found a way to get rid of two of our loans, but It will make us a month late on our house payment. Still we would be able to get caught back up by September/October. Sorry I keep talkin about our financial troubles, but its really been stressing me out lately. I just the loans to go away! We’ve been behind on our house payment before (about a year ago) but caught ourselves back up in no time (well cause it was tax season, and that helped). I figure if we keep sending money in as planned, (100 here, 150 there etc) we’d be ok. I hope this works, I need to get rid of some stress!
I woke up this morning thinking about bills. Its that bad! I know this stress isnt good, which is why I figured out a way to try to get rid of it.
I hate bills! Oh I love the days when I lived with my parents…..no bills! Now I know what they go through and I would’ve never begged for money as a teenager if I knew this.
Hmmm……..I sent off the dvd’s that I sold on ebay last Monday, but I havent gotten any feedback. Maybe the buyer hasnt recieved them yet. If not I hope they get there soon. {edit}- just checked my ebay and the buyer gave me positive feedback! Now I can stop worring about that! I always worry about the items I sell until I get feedback, i dunno why…..LOL
Last night while cleaning my bedroom I found the “Lilo and Stitch” DVD that I lost about a year ago. Mikayla loved to wacth the series that they show on Disney, when we had satilite. I wanted to find that DVD for her to wacth, it took me about six months. Yeah I know, I need to organize my DVD’s but there so hard to keep together when Mikayla loves going through them and removing the disks and covers.
We lost our DVD player remote so for the past 6-8 months we’ve been having to get up and push the buttons. We still can not find that remote after cleaning our room very good. I have a feeling that It accidently got thrown away or something. If we dont find it soon, were gonna have to buy an universal remote cause I hate not being able to watch everything on my DVDs cause I cant select anything…….its annoying!!!
My house is so unorganized that I can never find anything!
So Im cooking right now (chicken strips, mashed potatoes, and corn) and I tell Mikayla to get away from the stove. I said “get away from the stove!” kinda loud ans shes says “You dont yell at me, You talk to me!”……………….ROFLMBO
Well I just had to ban my BIL because he was leaving nasty comments on my site. He’s mad at me for standing up for my family when he said something bad about them to Chris during a chat session that I just happened to read. So I told him that it wasnt right to be like that. So if you saw that comment pleas ignore it.
