I had to delete and re-install Movabletype. Everytime I tried to re-build I got an error that I couldn’t figure out how to fix, so I just re-installed everything. When I imported all of my past blog entires I imported all of my pregnancy journal entries to this blog as well, so now they’re combinded in my archives.
Yesterday was Mikayla’s 3rd birthday. We didnt have a big party. It was just us and a cake. I told Chris to pick out her birthday present. He got her one of those huge Cearbear from Walmart that talk for $30. She really loves her Cearbears. Her cake was even decorated with Cearbears.
Well gotta go. Landun is up wanting to eat.
I am using this “style” for the time being. I loved the other layout, but got tired of looking at it. This is only temporary til I get the time and inspiration to work on another layout. I changed the layout yesterday but never got the time to update here.
I got out of the house for about an hour last night while Chris stayed at home with the baby. It was seriously cold outside so I didnt wanna get him out, but I had to get out before I drove myself insane!
I cant even remember the last time that I did get out, before last night. It had to have been like two weeks ago or something. I went to Wal-mart with Chris’s mom so she could get some bread cause we were out. Chris sent me with some money and told me to buy ‘whatever’. I got the DVD “Fried Green Tomatoes”. I noticed the DVD about a month ago and thought “hmm…I havent seen that movie in about ten years and I’d love to see it again” Its on my list of favorites. I also got some cd-r’s cause Chris and I needed them. I found a cute shirt for Mikayla for $3 on the clearance rack, and I finally found the Lansinoh cream, at $8.33 at tube, kinda expensive but I had to get somemore. I also got some bread and a couple boxes of Little Debbie cakes….gotta love junk food! So the amount spent was $48.
Ive been pumping alittle more lately. He seems less cranky when I pump and feed it to him in the bottle for some reason. He still eats off the breast, but only has a few bottles a day. Its also helping my sore nipples out.
Ive been using the two pumps that I got from the hospital to pump with. Those things are good, but they hurt my hand! Im tryin to talk Chris into letting me order the Avent Isis handpump for Amazon since Ive heard lots of great things about it. Ill have to order it since I have no way to the next town…30 mins away…to a Target to see if they have em. Oh how I wish Wal-mart sold em right now! Its the only place that Im able to make it to.
Chris bought himself a new computer the other day. He got an Compaq Presario for $400 at Wal-mart. Now he justs needs a peice to hook up to the internet (we have DSL with networking..so we can have 3 pc’s online at that same time) so he can stay off of my pc!
With our tax money we’ve payed off most of the bills that we’re keeping us from buying much last year. Im SO glad to see those go! We so have about $400 extra per month now. I just hope I never have to nag about not having groceries in the house anymore cause the loans we’re takin all our money.
Well everyone is in bed. I woke up in the middle of the night to find Mikayla laying between Chris and I and te girl was kickin me like crazy…so I had to have Chris move her. Last I checked she was at the end of our bed. Why cant she stay in her bed!?!?!? The baby is peacefully sleeping in his bassinet right now. Im gonna go pump and head back to bed.
Oh, I have no clue whats up with my “indivdual entry” template. It shows my old layout and I cant get it to change. I get some error while tryin to rebuild them….. argh!
My computer kinda crashed last night. I kept getting an error about explorer.exe that would never go away. I couldnt use my taskbar and my start menu. It seemed to be frozen up. I had the hardest time trying to format this pc, since its an HP and the recovery is on a different section of my harddrive. Im glad that I finally figured it out and its back up and running……with a fresh start too! Good thing I backed up all my pictures!…but I lost some graphics that I made…oh well.
We have picked out some tile that will be going into our living room. We really need to get this carpet replaced! Hopefully we’ll be working on that Friday and/or Sunday.
Chris is now getting every Friday and Sunday off of work. While I was pregnant he got Thursday and Friday off so he could be with me at the doctors visits.
I have two places to be this week and I have no clue how Im gonna get there. On Friday I have to go to the Social Security office, so they can review my case to see if im still eligable to receive a montly check or not (I get SSI because Im legally blind, really I cant see crap out of one eye, but the other is good enough for me to get by normally).
