Just got back from Chris’s parents place. They live next door, my SIL lives with them. They just moved into the place like two weeks ago. We had supper with them. They cooked sausage gravy and busicuits. Mikayla had Lucky Charms since she wouldnt eat what they cooked. Then for desert was a peice of spice cake.
We also wacthed the movie “Catwoman.” I didnt get to wacth half of it cause Landun was being fussy. It’s Chris’s DVD so I can wacth it another time.
Chris and I did a crapload of laundry today. All of our clothes should be clean. We’re still folding them and putting them away. I have a huge pile to fold/hang on my futon.
We finally got a dresser….well we got a water bed with a dresser underneath it. It has 6 drawers on both sides (making 12 total). We have lived without a dresser for over two years. We got the king size waterbed from Chris’s dad. The bed is HUGE! It takes up most of the room in our bedroom. Good thing our room is huge also!
We slept on the bed for about a week. We have moved Mikayla back to her room. Im not very comfortable being so far away from her at night, so we sleep in the living room on the futon for the time being.
Mikayla and Landun will have to share a room for awhile or until we can find another place with 3-4 bedrooms. Which wont be anytime soon, cause we’re stuck here.
We got Landun THIS crib. We got the “Blue Jean Teddy Bear” theme for his bed. He LOVES the moblie!

Crap! I was just sittin here feeding the baby and my front door opened. I thought it was Chris cause Mikayla said “Hey Daddy” then the person shut the door. I guess they were tryin to steal my things. Anyway, Im waiting on brother to come over to check things out, then Im leaving to go sit with my SIL next door til Chris gets home. ARGH!!!….this is so nerve racking! I wasnt using my alarm…but I am now!
Edit- it was my SIL. she lives next door. She went to take something to the mailbox and somehow forgot where she was going til she opened my door…LOL…I cant beleive she did that and didnt say a word to me. Scared the crap outta me though!
We went to Wally-World earlier to do some grocery shopping. That place was packed! I hate going there on a Friday night. They are doing lots of remodeling to the place. The Radio Grill is now a Subway…which is good for me cause Subway is one of my favorite places to eat. They are taking out all the carpet and putting down wood floors. It looks different everytime I go. Mikayla even said to Chris while we were there “I like the other Wal-Mart better”.
Everyone is asleep right now, so Ive decided to spend some time on the computer. Mikayla passed out shortly after she ate her supper and has been in bed since..so she’ll sleep through the night. Landun has been asleep for a few hours. He may wake up soon to eat. He’s doing good with sleeping through the night now.
Landun wasnt so fussy tonight as usual. I guess the trip to Wal-mart helped. He slept the whole time we were gone, but as soon as we got home he woke up wanting to eat.
We got a new dog the other day. His name is Casey. Chris got him from the neighbors. He’s a Palmerian/Poodle mix, and he’s white with some grey. Lets see how this goes, seeing that Im not too fond of having a dog. I like em, but I cant stand takeing care of one.
